Student Registration

The Registrar's Office is located at 36 Norris Road, in the Tyngsborough High School. Office hours are 7:30am to 2:00pm. (The office will be closed August 5-13.)

All registration forms can be found below for your convenience. When coming to register, please be sure to bring your child's birth certificate and immunization record as well as proof of residency. All new incoming students must have a recent physical on record.

To enroll a student in Tyngsborough Public Schools, the following information is required:

1. Proof of Residency
   
2. Proof of Immunization and medical physical exam (within 6 months before entering). Required immunizations include.
   • DTP
   • Polio
   • Hepatitis B
   • MMR
   • Varicella Vaccine or physician certified reliable history of chicken pox
   • Lead test
3. Birth Certificate
4. Copy of IEP (if applicable)
5. Completed registration forms:
   • Emergency/Registration Form
     
   • Transportation Form (Grades 1-12)

     Transportation Form (Kindergarten)
   • Crisis Site Release Form
